3-M 32 miles 8:30 a.m. Moderate Three Bears from Lafayette, approximately 3000 feet of climbing.

Start at the Olympic Boulevard Staging Area on the corner of Pleasant Hill Road and Olympic Boulevard. From Highway 24 take Pleasant Hill Road south until you get to the corner with Olympic Boulevard. Make a right to enter the staging area. There are no rest room facilities at this location.

This ride will go north on Pleasant Hill Road, up Reliez Valley and Alhambra Valley Roads, climbing Pig Farm Hill. It will then travel on Bear Creek Road traveling over the "Three Bears". There will be a coffee stop at Starbucks in Orinda at mile 23. We will return to our start by traveling on Moraga Way, Saint Mary's Road and Reliez Station Road.
