3-M 51 miles 9:30 a.m. Pleasanton - Mt. Diablo Junction - Walnut Creek Starting from the Pleasanton Club Sport location (7090 Johnson Dr.), we'll head north through San Ramon and Danville on our way to Mt. Diablo Scenic Drive and a climb to the Junction Ranger Station. Then a lovely descent into Walnut Creek with a snack stop at Whole Foods before returning on a flatter route along Danville/San Ramon Valley Blvd. Take I-680 to the Stoneridge exit and go east; immediately turn left (north) on Johnson Dr. and follow it to Club Sport on the right.
