WAW (Wednesday After Work) is a Wed. evening training ride series leaving from Les Knott Park in Livermore.
Doug will lead a B paced ride intended to get the heart rate up quickly and keep it there for an hour. This week we will head out N. Livermore, Carneal, Doolan. This is not a no drop ride.
For those looking for something more tame, Janet will lead a more leisurely paced ride out Doolan Road this week.
