WAW (Wednesday After Work) is a Wed. evening training ride series leaving from Les Knott Park in Livermore.  

This week we will have two options available.  Rob (in place for Doug) will lead a B paced ride intended to get the heart rate up quickly and keep it there for an hour and Janet will lead a L paced ride for anyone looking for something a bit more tame.

Ride start: 6:30 p.m. on Wed., 6/11.
