Over 200 people joined us for our annual run up to Old Sacramento. If you missed this whale of a time, make a point to join us in September of 2010 when we do it again.
To get an idea of what it’s all about, and how much fun we had, spend a few minutes viewing our TOSRD photo gallery!
The Valley Spokesmen Touring Club invites you to venture with us in September of 2010 onto the levee back roads of the Sacramento River Delta during our 27th Tour of the Sacramento River Delta (TOSRD), an overnight bicycle tour from Brannan Island State Park to the state capital and back. All you have to do is check in your gear at the starting point, and you wil find it waiting for you in Sacramento when you arrive. Enjoy the sights - delta levees, ferry, and more! The route is flat both days with headwinds probable on Sunday. There will be 13 hours of daylight. On both days, all stragglers will be picked up by 4:30 p.m. Each day you pedal about 60 miles.
If you need more information, you can read more on our TOSRD Details page, or you can contact Team TOSRD to ask your questions :-)
