The Cinderella Classic/Challenge is the original women/girls only recreational bicycle ride.
The event, on April 9th 2016, is in the Tri-Valley area of Contra Costa and Alameda Counties and runs through Pleasanton, Livermore, Danville, San Ramon and Dublin.
The Cinderella Classic/Challenge Expo is a unique opportunity to market your product to 2,500 female bicyclists, their riding spouses, partners, family and friends.
Demonstrate and sell your products, promoting them with samples & raffles to an enthusiastic buying group.
Where: Alameda County Fairgrounds, Pleasanton, CA
When: Saturday, April 9, 2016
Hours of Operation:
Set up between 9:30a.m. and 11:00a.m.
Expo is open between 11:30 a.m. and 5p.m.
Indoor Space:
Indoor space is limited to 32 exhibitors. Most spaces are 12’ x 12’. Pop-up canopies are permitted inside
Outdoor Space:
10 spaces in the courtyard are available for display vans, trailers or pop-up canopies.
Provisions:
Electrical is available to some space on a limited basis with advance notice. (110v, 12amp circuit) Pop-up canopies, tables and chairs provided by exhibitor.
Vendor Expo Fee:
The Fairgrounds has again raised our parking / building rental fee. Rather than diminish the funds we donate to women’s support groups, we will require a one time payment of $20.00 to reserve your Expo Space.
