BRING LIQUIDS AND SNACKS
Pete+Sharon lead this ride which takes us from the Martinez AMTRAK Station to the Davis Train Station for the return trip to Martinez via the Capitol Corridor Train.
We start from the MTZ AMTRAK station and then it's over the Benicia Bridge as we head for the north side of Fairfield. From there, it's north up Pleasants Valley and then turning east with our planned stop for lunch in Winters on our way to the Davis Station. Along the way we will see meadows, cattle, vineyards, etc.
BRING PLENTY OF LIQUIDS, FOOD, SNACKS ETC. as LUNCH is 48 Miles into the ride.

The route is a total of 63.5 miles.
The distance and pace will be somewhat greater than our normal Monday/Wednesday rides. There will be three planned rest stops plus a lunch stop.
Tickets from Davis to Mtz are $16.00 one way and seniors 62+ get a 15% discount which makes it $13.60. The schedule has trains leaving Davis at 2:25 arriving Mtz at 3:10, leaving at 3:50 arriving 4:35, and leaving at 4:55 arriving 5:40.
