10am - Tilden Park Mountain Bike Pre Super Bowl Ride

  • Inspiration Point on Wildcat Canyon Rd. north of Orinda
MTB-2 ~14 miles 10:00 a.m.  Mountain Bike Ride in Tilden Park.  It will be about 13-14 miles with 1600+ feet of climbing.  This is mostly fire road, with two single track sections.  It is not highly technical, although there is one section where you will need to get off your bike and carry it across a creek (that section is NOT rideable).  This is not a bad ride for beginners with a good fitness level. We'll start at the Inspiration Point parking area on Wildcat Canyon Road in Tilden.  Additional parking is available at Quarry or Lakeview picnic areas.
