3M 24 Miles
Mostly fire roads, paved bike trails, and roads. Some technical aspects: one steep 1/2 mile climb at mile 6.7, which is a good hike-a-bike. That climb goes into Del Valle above the dam to the East Shore Trail. One steep descent at mile 10.3. Some optional narrow single track which short-cuts the fire roads in several turns. Pace will be "very moderate", relaxed, hopefully seeing some wildlife, bobcats, eagles, osprey, etc. Small binoculars can be useful.
