It looks like a great weekend for cycling this Saturday. Please note we have a route and time change. We will stage from Shannon Park in Dublin at 8:30 a.m. We were scheduled to ride Calaveras this weekend, however opening of Calaveras has been delayed again until the first week in November. There are also two major cycling events in the Tri-Valley area this weekend (Best of the Bay and Cycling 4 Veterans). I selected a route that will be least impacted by the event participants. We will be riding Redwood Road into Orinda and back down the Boulevard. At the very least, we should be just missing the double century participants of BOB (or going in the opposite direction), and completely bypassing the cyclists for Cycle 4 Veterans.
