(Cxl rain) 4M Mines Rd. to Junction

Join Mark Elgood for a beautiful ride out Mines Rd.  Mark's route will climb all the way to "Junction", the restaurant at the intersection of Mines Rd. and Del Puerto Canyon, other riders are welcomed to set their own turn-around point and head back wherever they wish. Note- the only food/water on this route is at the Junction Cafe, or the Fire Station (water) which is just 1/4 mile before Junction.

This is the time of year when you are apt to see a variety of wildflowers as you climb. Get out and enjoy the day.

Ernie Rodriguez Sports Park is located on South Livermore, where it intersects with Concannon Blvd.

Mark will be riding at a Moderate pace, which will be a little bit slower because of the climbing, but with Moderate effort. Others are welcomed to join and ride at their own pace.
