Note there are two route options below. Please use the sign up link below if you choose route option 2. Otherwise, use the Wild Apricot "register" button for route option 1. It is acceptable to sign up for both rides if you are undecided. All participants must register!

Elevation: 1,999 feet
Rating: 3 M. Please see the ride ratings page for more details. We are heading up to Curry Point on Mt. Diablo, so our rolling speed will be much slower than our usual Saturday rides. Make full use of the turnouts! Please be extra careful on the descent.

1. Short regroup after we make the Left turn from Calle Los Callados Road onto Mount Diablo Scenic Boulevard.
2 At Curry Point.

Ride Details: 23.2 mile ride with 1,900 feet of climbing up to Curry Point on Mount Diablo. We will leave early to give ourselves enough time to reach there for the Turnout Celebration, which starts at 10 a.m. Please arrive 15 minutes before the start time to allow time for rider check in and safety announcements. Restrooms are available at the Safeway store and also at the Peet's Coffee in the same plaza.
Please check your emails before the ride in case I need to cancel the ride for any reason.
Disclaimer: All participants must register online on the VSBC website or via the Wild Apricot app in order to participate in this ride. You do not need to be a VSBC member to participate, but we expect that you will become a member if you ride with us more than 3 times during a calendar year.
